Certo, la copertina somiglia ad una di quelle cartoline goliardiche che si trovano in quei negozi che nelle località di mare vendono di tutto, dalle pinne alla crema solare, ma glutei a parte, il nuovo progetto di Joan Wasser, meglio nota come Joan As Police Woman, sembra interessante: si tratta di un album di cover, che non arriverà nei negozi, ma che sarà possibile acquistare esclusivamente durante il prossimo tour europeo della musicista americana. La scelta dei brani è piuttosto varia: si va da Sacred Trickster dei Sonic Youth a Baby di David Bowie ed Iggy Pop, da Lady di Adam And The Ants a She Watch Channel Zero?! dei Public Enemy, da Keeper Of The Flame di Nina Simone ad Overprotected di Britney Spears... Tornando all'artwork, se così si può dire, una domanda sorge spontanea: dato che per le precedenti release la bella Joan ha sempre scelto di usare dei suoi ritratti fotografici, che anche questa sia farina del suo sacco?
