LA CANZONE DEL GIORNO: OBSERVATIONS/THE RAVEONETTES
To live like other people
I never think I’d do
And see my love I give into this dark
Flowers sing the day time
And this is sure at night
This woman said I’m torn between two lights
Visions of your lover’s holding you some dreadful lights
Wishing they will never be apart
It’s so hard how can I hold on
To someone I can't have
Obsessed with all the things that we could do
Take me on a night drive and take me on again
The quiet trip we’re living it behind
To live like other people
I never think I’d do
And to find someone love me really nice

LA CANZONE DEL GIORNO: SUMMERTIME IS COMING/JULIAN PLENTI
Summertime is coming, so get out
Forget all those things that do with doubt
Swallow all the animals that hiss we will spend our whole lives like this
Summertime is coming, so get out
So get out
You get out
Summertime is calling for you, child (get, get)
To give you a sense of reliance to feel at home in a crowd (get, get)
The season, the season, is calling, calling
And all of it breaths into one day
Get out
You get out
You get out
You get out
I’m calling (on rain now)
I’m calling (on rain now) you out
I’m calling (on rain now) to find a way back
Somehow to stay back
Summertime is coming for you, child (get, get)
Summer can feel that you’re pliant (pliant)
And that you’re sweet like a peach on the beach
So get out
So get out
You get out
You get out
I’m calling (on rain now)
I’m calling (on rain now) you out
I’m calling (on rain now) to find a way back
Somehow to stay back
(On rain now) We win
(On rain now) We win (I‘m calling)
We win
We win
Is this the right time to know me?
Is this the right time to know?
Is this the right sign to show me?
Is this the right?
Is this the right mind?
Can we waste some more time just colliding in space?
No matter how high we set the bar
No matter how high we set the bar
Can we waste some more time just colliding in space?
No matter how high we set the bar
No matter how high we set the bar
We win
